Menehune Water Co. conducts a complete Chemical, Physical, Radiological and Microbiological analysis on the Municipal Source Water and Purified and Distilled Water annually.  Part of the test includes metals which include Chromium.

There are 6 types of Chromium, 0 through 6.  Although the test does not specifically test for Chromium 6, presence of Chromium in any form would register on the test results.

One of the processes in our water purifying process is Reverse Osmosis which is effective in removal of all types of Chromium.

The test results for the Municipal Source Water in Halawa as well as the Finished Product that you purchase have test results of ND or non detectable limits.  The test results are available in the links provided below.
