To Our Valued Customers:
There may be concerns floating around out there about the possibility of Radioactive Contamination from the Japan earth quake and
nuclear disaster.
We would like to inform and reassure our customers that both the Japanese and United States Governments and their shipping ports
are monitoring all incoming and outgoing cargo for Radioactive Contamination.
As part of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection policy, all containers are screened for Radiological Contamination before
they enter the port for import and all export containers are screened before they leave the port.
The Japanese Government have similar policies to insure and protect their ports from terrorist threats. All import and export
containers are subject to the same screening process for Radiological Contamination.
These policies have been in place as part of the heightened Customs and Border Security policies and practices resulting
from the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Therefore, as a result of these heightened policies, processes and precautions, please rest assured that your products are
screened and monitored for your safety and well being.
Mahalo,
Menehune Water Co. Management
